Debbie Backiel has 25 years of experience working with small businesses in varying industries. Ms. Backiel has a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Central Florida. Ms. Backiel previously served as the Office and Marketing Manager in a successful small business that tripled revenues during her tenure. Most recently, she served as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice-President of Operations for Red Door Spa Holdings in Merritt Island, Florida.
